Known for her exceptional work in the field of ceramics for the past 20 years, she will share her experiences and techniques during her visit..

Make your own Eco friendly Ganesh Idol’ is a family event organized by Clay station with the support from its associates across different locations in Bangalore and other cities

Among the organization’s many initiatives for the underprivileged, The Azim Premji Foundation (Bangalore) runs two schools for the children of migrant population like construction labourers. With an intention of including clay as a creative medium in the curriculum, Clay Station is partnering with the foundation to train their art educators as well as set up in-house art studios with the right material and equipment.
Clay Station has been approached to train special educators from Deepika School to introduce natural clay as a medium for art therapy. A school for children with learning disabilities, its focus has always been on all-round development giving prime importance to building coordination and creative skills. We will be introducing Deepika’s teachers to various basic techniques, assisting them to create a curriculum in clay art that delivers its therapeutic benefits, which can be applied in other such schools.
