Hand building is one of the oldest techniques of ceramic art. This particularly versatile method helps one to get a thorough understanding of how clay moulds into different forms and shapes.

This beginner ceramic hand building course is designed for you to build a solid foundation, which is critical for you to master this art. Through this program you will learn fundamental techniques like Pinching, Coiling & Slab work.

Instructor Brief:

Engineer by education and an Artist by vocation, Ridhima started her ceramic journey with Claystation in 2019 and fell in love with clay. She believes that even failure with clay is more complete and more spectacular than success with other forms of art, and it gives you the power to create something beautiful from literal dust and forge it in fire.
