The Glaze Club at Clay Station is a platform where members can explore glaze recipes together. It's a global community of glaze enthusiasts learning and experimenting with glaze formulation. With support from Clay Station's Glaze team, members can freely pursue their interests and share their discoveries with others. Whether you're new to glazing or an expert, the club provides a welcoming space for everyone to connect and learn from each other.

We are offering a 3 month glaze club subscription that invites people to explore beginner-intermediate level glaze formulation to start with.

The club membership is open to - 

1. Anyone who understands the fundamentals of glaze formulation
2. Can utilize the glaze calculator tool, i.e. Glazy, to create a base glaze recipe

Framework for 3 month membership

• • June 1st, July 6th and August 3rd   I  10:30 am -1:30 pm 

  Online discussion on a new topic in glaze formulation with Claystation’s Glaze team. Formulation tasks shared within the group. 

• For the next three weeks, members are expected to work on their recipes (related to the task) on Glazy, mix and apply them to the test tiles and fire the tiles.  
  • June 22nd, July 27th and August 24th  I  10:30 am - 1:30 pm
• The members will have an online discussion (also be available offline in the studio) with the team to discuss their outcomes and address their queries.

  Online subscribers can continue with their existing glaze formulation kit for further explorations. Members are expected to buy new glaze materials from our online website (Link). It takes around 7-10 business days for any online order to reach you within the country.

NOTE: Glaze club is an open sharing platform for glaze explorations where everyone is transparent in sharing their recipes with others. Kindly take up the membership only when you feel comfortable with this idea.

NOTE:

1. Refund

• On or before 7 days (25^th May)  - Full refund
• On or before 2 days (30^th May)  - 50 % refund
• Cancellation after (30^thMay ) - No refund
• All the refunds will be processed only after 15 working days post cancellation

2. Transfer

• Transfer to another person - If a person is not able to attend the program for any personal reasons, they can transfer their slot to another person for the program they have registered for, and inform the studio at least 1 day before to add them in the group.
• Transfer to another class - Transfer to an alternative class date is not possible once you register. You will need to cancel the registration for the existing program (Cancellation and refund policy will apply) and re-register for the new program

3.Missed Sessions -

• Claystation will not offer refunds for the sessions missed.

4.Studio Closure:

• If the studio is forced to close due to factors outside of our control such as severe weather conditions, or an infectious disease such as Covid-19, we will make an effort to reschedule the paused sessions. However we will not offer any refunds
